In an article by Charlie Hart dated 2024-04-04, Daily Hive highlighted the restaurant's tacos, carnitas and birria and gave its address as 1327 1st Street SW in Calgary's First Street Market, without naming the dishes shown on the program. The First Street Market website, as of October 2026, listed nine vendor counters including Saffron Street, and The Moose and Poncho did not appear among them; the pages carried a 2025 copyright notice and no dated announcements.
