TheTVDB's listing for the Season 2 episode that aired 2013-04-26 names Belgian Fries in Vancouver as the second stop, alongside Boxwood Café in Calgary and Smitty's Oyster House in Gibsons. The Drive (thedrive.ca) reported on 2017-10-23 that the business had stood at Commercial Drive and 3rd Avenue since 1999, that Ali Faghani took it over four years after it opened and enlarged the space and menu, and that the signature Belgian fries are blanched, fried in vegetable oil, seasoned, and served in cones with dipping sauces. The same article described sixteen kinds of poutine, including a pulled-pork version called the Divine, plus burgers, fish and chips, sandwiches, and ten beers on tap. In October 2026 the restaurant's own website carried a 2026 copyright and listed hours of 11am to 10pm Sunday through Thursday and 11am to 11pm on Friday and Saturday at 1885 Commercial Dr.
