Food Network's restaurant page lists the Smoked Duck Sandwich, served on a freshly baked bun with homemade mayonnaise and bacon-cabbage slaw, and The Jefferson Sandwich, and describes the shop as an upscale sandwich spot at 45 Armstrong St in Ottawa. Food Network's episode listing describes the Ottawa segment as duck sandwiches and a pork trifecta. Apt613 published a column by François Levesque on 2016-01-15 noting that the restaurant had opened behind the LCBO on Armstrong Street, run by chef Étienne Cuerrier, previously the chef at Soif in Gatineau, with sandwiches, soups and house-made charcuterie.
