Wikipedia's table adds that the finalists served signature dishes to panels of diners at their own restaurants. A Squaremeal review says the appearance on Ramsay's show made the restaurant widely known and that demand then went beyond what it could supply. Squaremeal lists the cuisine as Thai and the address as 196 Kingston Road, London TW11 9JD; its listing page, whose user reviews date from October and November 2011, marks the restaurant as closed without giving a date.
