What happened after The Hotel Inspector?

The Green Man Pub and Hotel in Wembley, north-west London, was the subject of series 10, episode 7 of The Hotel Inspector (Channel 5), which aired 2014-03-20. According to Wikipedia's episode list, the property had a good location but bad reviews and dated bedrooms were keeping guests away, and owner Mel Preedy depended on the pub to support the hotel. The list notes that presenter Alex Polizzi refused to stay the night, which it describes as only the second time that had happened in the show's history. TVmaze's episode guide repeats the prime spot near Wembley Stadium and the owner's reliance on the pub.

The Campaign for Real Ale's West Middlesex branch lists the pub as the Green Man Hotel, 64 Dagmar Avenue, Wembley HA9 8DF. Its page describes a single-bar community pub with regular hours (11:00 to 23:00 Monday through Thursday, 11:00 to midnight Friday and Saturday, and noon to 22:30 Sunday), a pub on the site since 1722, and occasional quizzes and live music shaped by Wembley Stadium events.
