The 2012-09-26 episode of You Gotta Eat Here! (season 1, episode 24), as summarized by TVmaze, included Tres Carnales Taqueria in Edmonton, Alberta, without naming a dish. Edify Edmonton's article of 2022-03-01 describes slow-cooked Latin fillings such as al pastor and braised short rib with chocolate and chili, with quesabirria tacos on Mondays and Saturdays, mentions take-home taco kits sold during the pandemic, and notes a 2012 Best New Restaurant award. Daily Hive's Edmonton Cinco de Mayo roundup, dated 2022-05-04, listed it first among four Edmonton restaurants. A business directory page for the address shows the same noon-to-8 p.m. Monday-to-Saturday hours, with no date for the listing.
