What happened after Man v. Food?
Man v. Food's Season 4 New Haven episode (S4E1, aired 2011-06-01) featured the Caseus Cheese Truck, a food truck serving gourmet grilled-cheese sandwiches built from a blend of provolone, swiss, comte, gruyere, gouda, and sharp cheddar on sourdough. According to Roaming Hunger and Food Truck Talk, brothers Jason and Tom Sobocinski launched the truck, then known as The Cheese Truck, in New Haven in 2010, pairing Jason's cheese background with Tom's mechanical one. The operation has since been rebranded as Crispy Melty, according to the business's own website, crispymelty.com, whose About page now describes it as 'Caseus Crispy Melty.'
