What happened after The Hotel Inspector?

Haven Hotel in Great Yarmouth, listed with a second name, No.78 B&B, was the seventh episode of series 3 of The Hotel Inspector. TVDB and ShowsPlus list it as airing on Channel 5 on 2007-11-15. TVDB's description said host Ruth Watson came to the aid of a pair of novice hoteliers in the Norfolk seaside town. ShowsPlus described the couple as needing a crash course in the hotel business if their guesthouse was to stay open, and said the episode took them to a five-star hotel in the town and then to Ruth Watson's own establishment in Orford, Suffolk. Wikipedia's list of The Hotel Inspector episodes gives the entry as "Haven Hotel / No.78 B&B" with the location Great Yarmouth. The sources read do not give a street address or describe how the visit ended. One older item may be related but is not confirmed. The Caterer reported on 2006-12-14 that a Victorian townhouse hotel called The Haven, on Marine Parade at the north end of the Golden Mile opposite Britannia Pier, had been sold with a guide price of £275,000, to a couple who had previously worked for a soft drinks firm in Norwich. That article does not mention the television programme, and nothing read links that sale to the episode. A Google Places search for the name returned the Haven Hotel in Sussex Gardens, London, which is a different business in a different city and was not used. No website, news report or dated listing for a Haven Hotel or No.78 B&B in Great Yarmouth was found, so no information about what has happened since the broadcast is available.
