What Happened to The Blue Moose After Mystery Diners? (Scottsdale, AZ)

In 'Grumpy Tom' (aired 2012-06-22), Mystery Diners investigators looked into a chef at The Blue Moose, a restaurant inside the Scottsdale Mall shopping center, after the owner received complaints about the chef's behavior toward staff. Hidden cameras recorded the chef speaking abusively to kitchen staff and to management during service, including incidents the episode framed as undermining morale on the line. Investigators reviewed the specific exchanges with the owner, walking through the language the chef used toward other employees shift by shift, and the episode showed the owner confronting the chef with the footage in the kitchen.

According to Wikipedia's article on the series, citing its sources, later episodes carried an on-screen disclaimer noting that certain depicted events may have been staged or re-enacted for dramatic purposes.
