Tuc Craft Kitchen, a Gastown restaurant at 60 West Cordova Street, appeared in the episode "Not Your Everyday Eats" (aired 2019-05-10). Food Network's restaurant page lists Lamb in the Hole, a spiced lamb stew topped with mashed potatoes, sweet pea mash and a little goat cheese, and Pork Belly Cracklings with a star anise and red wine reduction dip as the featured dishes, and describes the place as serving elevated comfort food. Daily Hive reported on 2020-08-29 that the restaurant had operated for seven years and was known for hearty dishes and quality steaks. The same article reported that the owners cited the pandemic when they announced late on 2020-08-28 that service on Saturday, 2020-08-29 would be the last. Food Network's listing, and a public Google listing checked on 2026-10-19, both mark the restaurant closed.
