Valley View, a small family-run diner in Quarryville, Pennsylvania, appeared on Restaurant: Impossible (Food Network) in an episode titled "Valley View" that aired March 14, 2012. As shown in the episode, the restaurant sat in the heart of Pennsylvania Amish country and had been operated across three generations of one family: owner Ann Wilmore, her daughter Kim Church running the kitchen, and granddaughter Kelly Church serving as general manager. The show depicted a dated dining room, a menu that had not been refreshed in years, worn furnishings, and structural issues with the building that the family had struggled to address on their own.

Chef Robert Irvine and his team spent two days and about ten thousand dollars on the property, repairing the building's physical problems, refreshing the dining room, and streamlining the menu around scratch-made diner staples meant to draw new customers to the rural roadside location and give the multigenerational family a workable path forward. The renovation did not get the chance to play out. In the years since, the building at 1416 Lancaster Pike sat vacant for roughly a decade. A separate, unrelated restaurant called Pop's Place opened in the same space in June 2024, according to ABC27, a new business under different owners rather than a continuation of Valley View. A Yelp listing for Valley View Restaurant at that address is marked permanently closed, last updated in July 2026, consistent with LancasterOnline's 2012 reporting that the diner never reopened after the show wrapped filming.
