Barley Pop's Bar & Grill in Las Vegas, Nevada, owned by Chris Woodbury, was featured on the Bar Rescue episode "Down and Out in Las Vegas," which aired June 3, 2018. The episode depicted Woodbury drinking heavily after two personal tragedies, while his fiancee tried to get him to stop and separately struggled with her own anxiety about the business's future. Jon Taffer's team rebuilt the drink program and menu, retrained the staff, and worked to get Woodbury into a healthier routine so he could run the bar without leaning on alcohol himself, renaming the business The Valley Saloon as part of the relaunch and running a stress test built around consistent, sober-minded service under pressure.
