What happened after Mystery Diners?

In the Mystery Diners (Food Network) episode "Too Many Cooks" (season 4, episode 6; aired August 21, 2013), the owner of Bistro Bordeaux in Evanston, Illinois, contacted Charles Stiles after receiving complaints about a newly hired executive chef. Undercover investigators found the chef was being undermined from within his own kitchen: a sous chef who felt he deserved the top job was badmouthing the executive chef to the rest of the staff whenever his back was turned, telling guests he himself was the executive chef, and tampering with food in an apparent effort to get the executive chef fired so he could take the position. When confronted, the sous chef was fired by the owner and asked to leave the property.
