Black Skirt was one of three restaurants in 'Black Skirt; L'Avenue; El Camino's,' the You Gotta Eat Here! episode that TVmaze lists with an air date of 2013-04-12. TVmaze's episode summary says host John Catucci orders spaghetti at the Black Skirt in Toronto, then moves on to brunch at L'Avenue in Montreal and Latin cuisine at El Camino's in Vancouver. A Google Maps listing places the restaurant at 974 College Street in Toronto, postal code M6H 1A5. No news report or owner announcement about the closure turned up in this research, so the date and circumstances are undocumented, and no later business at the address was confirmed.
