Bludso's Bar & Que appeared in the June 2021 Diners, Drive-Ins and Dives episode 'Takeout: Real Deal Delivery' (S34E4), one of several past guest restaurants Guy Fieri and Hunter Fieri revisited by video chat for a takeout-focused show. The Los Angeles barbecue restaurant is led by pitmaster Kevin Bludso and specializes in Texas-style smoked meats, according to its own website, which now operates as Bludso's BBQ with locations on La Brea Avenue and in Santa Monica. The La Brea location sits at 609 N La Brea Ave in the Mid-City neighborhood.
A check of the business's website on September 8, 2026 found it returning normally with a working online ordering system for pickup and delivery, and Google Places listed the business status as operational, according to Google. The website also lists catering, a retail shop for sauces and rubs, and nationwide barbecue shipping among its current offerings.
