On the Diners, Drive-Ins and Dives episode 'All Baltimore All The Time' (aired 2014-11-21), Clementine showed off its house-made charcuterie platter and a daily-changing menu of scratch-cooked New American comfort food built on locally sourced meat and produce. Chef Winston Blick and his wife, Cristin Dadant, opened the restaurant in 2008 on Harford Road in Baltimore's Hamilton neighborhood. Baltimore Magazine reported on 2015-07-17 that the restaurant would serve its final meal on 2015-08-09 as the owners shifted their focus to catering, and a follow-up Baltimore Magazine article dated 2016-10-26 described the couple's plans to reopen the dining room by Thanksgiving that year, funded partly through a public crowdfunding campaign.
