What happened after Man v. Food?
The Dalmatia Hotel, despite the name a bar and restaurant rather than lodging, was a stop on the Buffalo, New York episode of Man v. Food that aired March 1, 2022. Online menus and business listings describe the bar, at 1187 Tonawanda St, as a neighborhood corner pub built around wings served in dozens of flavors, including a house "Boom Sauce," per a Buffalo Vibe feature on the business. The Buffalo News reported the closure of the Dalmatia Hotel on June 3, 2024, and Yelp's listing for the business, updated February 2026, marks it permanently closed. Man v. Food's own episode listing for the season cites the same Buffalo News reporting for its post-episode update. No secondary reopening announcement or new-ownership listing was found.
