What happened after Restaurant Stakeout?

In this Season 3 episode, Willie Degel wired hidden cameras through Danny's Grill & Wine Bar, a Red Bank steakhouse and wine bar owned by Danny Murphy, after Murphy asked for help figuring out why business was slipping. The footage turned up an underprepared, poorly trained staff and raised suspicion that someone on the payroll was pocketing cash or product, which gave the episode its title. At the staff meeting, Willie laid out what the cameras had caught and pushed Murphy to tighten cash-handling and inventory procedures, retrain servers on basic service standards, and hold the crew accountable for future shortages.

He returned later, out of his usual suit, to check whether the changes had held. The restaurant kept running under Murphy at the same Bridge Avenue address for years afterward, rebranding first as Danny's Steakhouse and later as Danny's Steakhouse & Sushi Bar while keeping its steakhouse identity.
