What happened after Food Paradise?

Food Paradise's 'Food with a View' episode featured Dimitri's on the Water, a Greek restaurant on Tarpon Springs' Dodecanese Boulevard sponge docks in Tarpon Springs, Florida, built around waterfront patio seating facing the Anclote River. The restaurant sits in the city's historic Greek-American sponge-diving district, and according to its own website the menu centers on authentic Greek recipes served alongside the water views that give the business its name. A 2026-09-08 check of dimitrisonthewater.com found the site carrying a 2026 copyright date and a working online ordering widget for takeout and delivery, with hours and location details matching the address on file. Google Places listed the business as operational at 690 Dodecanese Boulevard on the same date, matching the address and branding shown on the current website.
