What happened after Food Paradise?

"Steak Paradise" (S1E4) featured Geno's Steaks, a South Philadelphia cheesesteak stand founded in 1966 by Joey Vento, sitting at 9th Street and Passyunk Avenue directly across from rival Pat's King of Steaks. Geno's is known for hundreds of bright neon lights and signs illuminating its corner, for operating 24 hours a day, seven days a week, and for serving an estimated 30,000 sandwiches a month, according to Wikipedia (revised 2026-08-30). Under Geno Vento's leadership, the restaurant underwent a major renovation in 2016, its first in 50 years, adding outdoor seating, updated ordering windows and new interior design, per the same article. Geno's own website, genosteaks.com, was live and operating a delivery-ordering system as of 2026-09-08, and Google Places lists the restaurant's status as operational.
