What happened after Diners, Drive-Ins and Dives?
On Diners, Drive-Ins and Dives, Guy Fieri visited Island Taste Caribbean Grill in San Jose, California, in the episode "Funkalicious" (aired 2026-03-27), spotlighting the restaurant's made-from-scratch Caribbean dishes. Island Taste is a Caribbean restaurant at 225 E Santa Clara St in San Jose, describing its menu on its website as drawing on the cuisine of Jamaica and other islands. According to the restaurant's website, islandtastegrill.com, checked 2026-09-08, the site included an active "Order Online" option alongside a catering section and an FAQs page. The homepage also invited visitors to "connect with the culture," according to the same 2026-09-08 review. No hours or copyright year were visible on the page at that time, but the working order link indicated the restaurant was still accepting orders as of the check.
