Man v. Food, Season 8, Episode 16 Aired
Man v. Food's 2019-10-29 New Hampshire episode featured KC's Rib Shack, a Manchester barbecue restaurant. According to the restaurant's own website, KC's has served hickory-smoked ribs and Southern-style barbecue plates from its Second Street location for more than two decades. The menu centers on slow-smoked ribs alongside sides typical of Southern barbecue houses. KC's operates lunch and dinner service, per its site, with hours that run into the evening most days of the week. A Yelp listing for the restaurant, updated August 2026, shows several hundred recent reviews and photos, and the restaurant's own website continues to list its Second Street Manchester address and current menu as of 2026, indicating the barbecue shack remains in business at the same location where it was filmed for the show.
