Prosecco, an Italian restaurant listed in Clifton Village, Bristol, was one of the 18 local restaurants in series 5 of Gordon Ramsay's The F Word, the Channel 4 search for Britain's best local restaurant that began airing in November 2009. It met Salvo's of Leeds in the opening Italian heat, shown on 2009-11-03 under the episode title "Italian Restaurants". Wikipedia's series table lists Prosecco at 71 out of 100 against 73 for Salvo's, and it does not appear in the semi-final line-ups on that page. The same page says the finalists served signature dishes to panels of diners at their own restaurants, but none of the sources read for this entry describes Prosecco's own menu or specialty. Harden's Bristol and Clifton Italian restaurant pages, read the same day, do not list it, though those pages show only a selection of local restaurants.

A Google Maps listing checked 2026-10-20 shows a different business at that address, Milk Bun, a burger restaurant, operating, with the newest reviews dated 2026-08-27. A SquareMeal page for Milk Bun, carrying a customer review dated 2025-09-30, gives the same address.
