What happened after Man v. Food?

Man v. Food Nation (S4E18, aired October 5, 2011) featured Rack Shack BBQ in Eagan, Minnesota, sampling the restaurant's smoked barbecue plates. Rack Shack is a family-owned barbecue restaurant that has served the Eagan/Twin Cities area for more than a decade, known for smoked meats, burgers, and a signature mac-and-cheese dish called the Rack Mac. According to a Yelp business listing updated in July 2026, the restaurant, located at 2141 Cliff Road, had accumulated more than 80 photos and dozens of reviews, and listed current weekly operating hours.

The restaurant's own website, rackshackbarbeque.com, also continued to advertise a takeout-and-delivery page as of a September 2026 check, though that page's text could not be read directly during the check. Taken together, the July 2026 Yelp activity indicates Rack Shack BBQ remains open at its Eagan location.
