What happened after The Hotel Inspector?

Safari Hotel in Bournemouth was the subject of the third episode of series 3 of The Hotel Inspector, the Channel 5 programme in which an expert visits a struggling British hotel, guest house or inn. ShowsPlus lists the episode as airing on 2007-09-27 with Ruth Watson as host, and Wikipedia's list of The Hotel Inspector episodes includes it under the title "Safari Hotel" with the location given as Bournemouth. According to ShowsPlus's episode description, the property was a 14-bedroom hotel run by a Dutch couple who did all of the work themselves and lived in a single room of the building. The same description said the owners wanted to improve the hotel but had no cash to pay for it, and that was the problem Ruth Watson was asked to address. The sources read for this entry do not describe what advice she gave or what changed afterwards, so the outcome of the visit is not documented here. For the years since the broadcast, the only record found is map data. OpenStreetMap, as returned by the Photon geocoder, lists a "Safari Bistro Hotel" on Saint Michael's Road, Bournemouth, postcode BH2 5ED. That match rests on the name alone. No hotel website, news report, review or dated listing was read that shows whether the 2007 Safari Hotel and the Safari Bistro Hotel are the same business, whether it changed hands or was renamed, or whether it is taking guests now.
