Continuing through California's Wine Country, host Casey Webb visited this Petaluma bagel shop for its 'California Egg & Cheese,' a sandwich of local bacon, a fried organic egg, yellow cheddar, avocado and tomato on a homemade sourdough everything bagel, according to the episode synopsis on Wikipedia's Man v. Food season 10 page. The Bagel Mill hand-rolls New York-style bagels using a stone-mill-ground sourdough starter, according to Sonoma Magazine's profile of the shop, which is located on Western Avenue in Petaluma, in Sonoma County. Sonoma Magazine has separately named the shop among the county's best bagel destinations. The stop fell between Webb's visit to a Napa wine bar earlier that day and his burrito-eating challenge later the same day at a Mexican restaurant across town in Petaluma.
