What happened after Diners, Drive-Ins and Dives?

Diners, Drive-Ins and Dives visited Areyto in Denver on the episode 'Lots of Latin,' which aired 2020-02-21, featuring the truck's Puerto Rican dishes. Areyto operated as a food truck, based out of a commissary address on South Buchtel Boulevard rather than a storefront, and its own site advertises a Denver food-truck award and points to a 2023 Westword recognition as its most recent press mention. Google's listing for Areyto Puerto Rican Food marked it permanently closed when checked on 2026-09-08. The truck's website was still reachable that same day, but it carried no working online-ordering tool and no content dated later than the 2023 Westword mention. No more recent dated source describes the truck as operating, so the 2023 press mention and Google's closure listing are the newest available information.
