What happened after Diners, Drive-Ins and Dives?
Diners, Drive-Ins and Dives visited Atomic Cowboy in Denver for the 2013-05-06 episode "Dynamic Duos." Atomic Cowboy began as a bar on East Colfax Avenue before expanding to a second location at 141 South Broadway in late 2013, according to Westword; that Broadway address now also houses two related concepts, Denver Biscuit Co. and Fat Sully's Pizza. According to Hoodline (2026-05-21), the ownership group agreed to an $800,000 settlement with about 700 current and former servers over claims that a tip credit was improperly applied and that workers were denied breaks and overtime pay; a Denver judge approved the arbitration settlement the week the article published. A Yelp listing for the Broadway address, updated 2026-07, continues to show the venue operating under the Atomic Cowboy name alongside its co-tenants.
