What happened after The Hotel Inspector?

Artist Residence in Regency Square, Brighton, was the second episode of series 6 of The Hotel Inspector (Channel 5), which aired on 2010-07-29 and is listed on Wikipedia as Artist Residence B&B. Wikipedia's episode list describes a nine-bedroom B&B that was struggling and gives no outcome. The same list includes a follow-up episode titled The Artist Residence, aired on 2013-07-18, in which Alex Polizzi returned to Brighton to check on the B&B's progress since her series 6 visit.

The Artist Residence website's Brighton page, read on 2026-10-19, gives the address as 33 Regency Square, Brighton BN1 2GG, is headed Book Your Seaside Escape Today and links to a room-booking page. Its navigation lists Brighton alongside London, Bristol, Cornwall and Oxfordshire. The footer shows a Michelin One Key badge, and the page images show apartment-style rooms, with file names that refer to a hall apartment and a balcony apartment. The page carries no dated text, so it shows that the operator is offering bookings but does not tie that to a specific 2026 date.

A Google Maps listing for Artist Residence Brighton, checked on 2026-10-19, marks the business operational. Neither source discusses the programme, the original B&B's owners or any change of ownership.
