What happened after Diners, Drive-Ins and Dives?
Diners, Drive-Ins and Dives visited Blue Pan Pizza's Congress Park location in Denver for the April 17, 2020 episode "Hometown Inspiration," featuring the pizzeria's scratch-made pies. Blue Pan has grown into a small local chain, operating additional pizzerias in Denver's West Highland and Golden neighborhoods along with a food-truck operation that serves Empower Field, according to the company's website. The Congress Park location's own site listed a 2026 copyright, an active online-ordering widget, and posted current delivery hours running through 10 p.m. on weekends when checked on 2026-09-08, and Google's business listing separately marked the pizzeria operational the same day.

We work hard to keep every status accurate and dated, but restaurants change fast and our sources aren't perfect. If something here is wrong — a status, a name, an address, anything — tell us what you're seeing and where you saw it, and we'll check it.
