What happened after Food Paradise?

The dessert-themed 'Ooey Gooey Greatness' episode (S19E1) featured Boss Burger and Brew for its El Tumbe 2.0 and Mono Melty Chicken Parm dishes, according to Wikipedia's Food Paradise season 19 episode guide. The restaurant, whose signage reads Boss Tapas, Burger & Brew, operated in an outdoor shopping center in Hialeah, Florida, offering burgers and a craft beer selection of more than 50 options. Restaurant Guru had named it Best Pub and Bar in both 2020 and 2021, according to that site. A Google Places listing marks the business as permanently closed.

A Yelp listing updated 2026-04 also marks it as closed. The business's website, bossburgerandbrew.com, returned an HTTP 200 response when checked on 2026-09-08 but the page carried no title or visible text, consistent with an inactive site. No specific closure date was found in this check.
