What happened after Man v. Food?

The Man v. Food crew stopped at Brian's 24, a Gaslamp Quarter restaurant at 828 6th Avenue in downtown San Diego that served breakfast around the clock and was known for oversized comfort-food plates. Brian's 24 opened in 2008 and built a reputation as one of downtown San Diego's only true 24-hour restaurants and a late-night landmark for Gaslamp bar-goers, according to SanDiegoVille. The pandemic forced the restaurant to scale back its overnight and early-morning hours, and SanDiegoVille reported on August 10, 2020 that Brian's 24 ended its run in the Gaslamp with a final DJ-fueled brunch service, after more than a decade in business at the 6th Avenue address. No subsequent reopening under the Brian's 24 name has been reported.
