What happened after Diners, Drive-Ins and Dives?

Diners, Drive-Ins and Dives featured Brick Oven Pizza (BOP) in the 2008-09-29 episode "Big Flavor," spotlighting the restaurant's pizza menu. Brick Oven Pizza operated as a pizzeria at 800 South Broadway in Baltimore, Maryland. A Yelp listing updated in August 2026 marks the business as permanently closed at that Broadway address. A site check on 2026-09-08 of the restaurant's former website, boppizza.com, returned an HTTP 200 response but no page title or visible text, consistent with an inactive or abandoned site. No news coverage or ownership statement about a closure was found within the single search allowed for this record.
