What happened after Food Paradise?
The episode featured Cafe Fleuri inside Boston's Langham Hotel, spotlighting its lavish Saturday chocolate buffet alongside a broader breakfast and brunch dessert spread in the hotel's atrium-style dining room. Cafe Fleuri operated at 250 Franklin Street in Boston's Financial District as part of the historic Langham Hotel property, according to Yelp. According to Boston.com, reporting 2019-02-28, the Langham closed for a roughly $150 million renovation beginning April 2019. According to Boston Restaurant Talk, reporting in March 2019, the renovation plans called for Cafe Fleuri's space to be converted into a ballroom rather than reopened as a restaurant. Yelp's listing for Cafe Fleuri, updated September 2026, continues to mark the restaurant closed, while the Langham hotel itself has remained open under its own name since reopening on June 30, 2021.
