What happened after Best Thing I Ever Ate?
The episode featured the Omni Parker House's food history, including the hotel's claim to have originated both Parker House rolls and Boston cream pie in its kitchens. The hotel opened in 1855 in downtown Boston on the Freedom Trail and today operates 551 guest rooms along with Parker's Restaurant and two bars. The hotel's own website was live in September 2026, advertising room packages for stays between April and October 2026, and Yelp's listing for the property was independently updated in July 2026 with no closure marker, together indicating the hotel remains open.
