A later Beverly Press report (2026-08) said An secured a short lease extension, pushing the final dinner service from July 29 to September 30, 2026, with large private events continuing through October 15, 2026. According to Crustacean's website (checked 2026-09-08), the restaurant was still taking reservations and listed its "final dinner service will be September 30th, 2026." Beverly Press reported the restaurant was exploring new locations in Calabasas or Pasadena; none was confirmed as of the check date.
