What happened after Diners, Drive-Ins and Dives?

Diners, Drive-Ins and Dives visited this downtown Olympia brewpub on the same February 11, 2013 episode, spotlighting fish and chips and other pub fare served alongside beer brewed on-site by Fish Brewing Company. The brewpub operated on Jefferson Street in downtown Olympia for close to three decades as one of Washington's early craft-beer destinations, operating under the Fish Brewing Company name, which also distributed bottled beer to retailers around the Pacific Northwest. According to ThurstonTalk, published 2024-06-22, the brewpub closed in June 2023, and a new restaurant, ilk Lodge, opened in the same building in April 2024. The same report gives the building's full street address as 515 Jefferson Street Southeast, more complete than the street-only location previously on file for this listing.
