What happened after Food Paradise?
The Food Paradise episode "Craving Comfort" (S19E8) featured Flying Saucer Draught Emporium, the Nashville location of the beerknurd.com chain of craft-beer pubs known for large rotating draft lists paired with a comfort-food bar menu. The Nashville Saucer operated as a bar-and-restaurant inside a mixed-use building at 111 10th Ave S, part of a chain with locations across several states, including Arkansas, North Carolina, Tennessee, and Texas. Google Places lists the Nashville location's business status as permanently closed. The chain's own locations page at beerknurd.com, checked in September 2026, no longer includes a Nashville Saucer among the pubs it lists, which span cities such as Little Rock, Charlotte, Raleigh, Cordova, Memphis, and Fort Worth. No replacement business at the 10th Avenue South address was identified from the evidence available.

We work hard to keep every status accurate and dated, but restaurants change fast and our sources aren't perfect. If something here is wrong — a status, a name, an address, anything — tell us what you're seeing and where you saw it, and we'll check it.
