What happened after Man v. Food?
A 2011-07-20 episode (S4E9) featured this Portsmouth outpost of the retro-styled breakfast chain, known for oversized pancakes, an all-day breakfast menu, and playful dishes such as a dish called Green Eggs and Ham. The restaurant occupies a storefront on Congress Street in downtown Portsmouth. A direct check of the business's website on 2026-09-08 was blocked (HTTP 403) and could not confirm current status. Yelp's listing for the location, updated September 2026 with more than 1,900 reviews, and a Tripadvisor listing both show posted hours of Monday through Friday, 7:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. A June 2026 review cited in Yelp's listing noted the restaurant had recently narrowed its menu and adjusted service, without describing a closure. Google Places lists the business as operational per the same check. No source found in this check indicates a closure, relocation, or ownership change.

We work hard to keep every status accurate and dated, but restaurants change fast and our sources aren't perfect. If something here is wrong — a status, a name, an address, anything — tell us what you're seeing and where you saw it, and we'll check it.
