What happened after Food Paradise?
Travel Channel's Food Paradise featured Guerrilla Tacos as a food truck in its "Best In Chow" episode, spotlighting a modern, chef-driven approach to traditional Mexican street tacos. The truck later grew into a brick-and-mortar restaurant at 2000 East 7th Street in the Arts District, a spot Discover Los Angeles and Fine Dining Lovers both describe as having earned a mention in the Michelin Guide. A Yelp listing for that address, updated in September 2026, marks Guerrilla Tacos as closed. A related listing on OpenTable for a concept called RE:Her, also tied to the Guerrilla Tacos name, appears at what may be the same address, though the connection was not independently confirmed here. No fresher, dated source showing the Arts District location still open was found.
