What happened after Food Paradise?

The episode featured Gypsy Q's Asian fusion approach to barbecue, pairing smoked meats sold by the half-pound with banh mi sandwiches and traditional barbecue sides from a walk-up food truck. Gypsy Q launched as a food truck in Denver's RiNo warehouse district on June 5, 2018, combining Southern barbecue technique with Vietnamese flavors. Google Places marks the truck's original Brighton Boulevard address as permanently closed, and a RestaurantGuru listing separately shows the business as closed. A website at eatgypsyq.com still appears in search results promoting Gypsy Q barbecue catering under the same name, and neither listing found clarifies whether the brand continues to operate in a catering-only form or has closed entirely. No dated source was found confirming either outcome.
