What happened after Diners, Drive-Ins and Dives?

On Diners, Drive-Ins and Dives ('Asian and American,' aired 2022-02-25), Guy Fieri visited Hickory House Ribs, an Aspen barbecue restaurant known for smoked ribs and related barbecue plates. The restaurant operates on West Main Street in Aspen, Colorado. In September 2026, the restaurant's website, hickoryhouseribs.com, listed an active online ordering system and current hours, and described a second location that has since opened in Parker, Colorado. A Google Places record separately lists the original Aspen location as operational at 730 W Main St. Together, the working ordering system, posted hours and expansion to a second Colorado location indicate the restaurant continues to operate under its original name at the same Main Street address it had when the episode aired in 2022.
