The business operates as an Irish pub near NW 21st Avenue in Portland's Northwest District. A 2026-09-08 review of the business's website found it now branded "Kells Brewery: Portland's Premier Irish Pub," rather than "Kells Brew Pub," according to kellsbrewpub.com.
