What happened after Man v. Food?

Man v. Food's March 2020 Denver episode featured Latke Love, at the time a food truck run by owner Steve Shander, where Casey Webb tried latkes topped with slow-braised beef brisket and Guinness gravy, according to the episode's cast listing and synopsis. Latke Love began as a food truck built around a family latke recipe; the Shander family also ran a brick-and-mortar shop in Denver's Park Hill neighborhood years earlier, according to a 2013 feature in 5280 magazine, before the business returned to a mobile format by the time of filming, per the same episode credits. Business listings and the company's own website currently show Latke Love operating from a single storefront in Littleton, Colorado, a move from the mobile format shown in the episode. The business's social media and ordering pages, including a Facebook business page and a Square ordering site, currently identify the Littleton address as the operating location.
