What happened after Man v. Food?

Man v. Food brought Casey Webb to Hash Kitchen's Gainey Village location in Scottsdale for the show's "Scottsdale, AZ" episode, which aired March 17, 2020. The fan sites Foodiepie and TVFoodMaps describe the segment featuring the "Flintstone Hash," a roughly four-pound smoked turkey leg served over cornbread-and-potato hash with fried eggs and gravy. Hash Kitchen was founded in Phoenix in 2015 by chef Joey Maggiore with his wife Cristina Maggiore and business partner Flora Tersigni, according to the company's own website, and has since grown into a multi-state brunch chain known for build-your-own Bloody Mary and mimosa bars. Since the episode aired, the Gainey Village location has continued operating at 8777 N Scottsdale Rd, with Yelp's page, updated July 2026, showing nearly 3,900 reviews for the location, according to that listing.
