What happened after Best Thing I Ever Ate?

The Best Thing I Ever Ate's 'As Good as Mom's' episode featured Lukshon, chef Sang Yoon's Asian restaurant at the Helms Bakery complex in Culver City, known for dishes spanning Sichuan, Vietnamese, Malaysian, and Indian influences, including a Burmese fermented tea leaf salad and raw butterfish with coconut milk. Yoon, also the chef-owner of Father's Office, opened Lukshon in 2011, according to Wikipedia's Lukshon entry. The restaurant closed temporarily during the 2021 COVID-19 pandemic, and Eater reported on 2023-01-19 that Yoon was teasing a relaunch "later this year" while also reopening the Helms Bakery building. That relaunch did not happen: a Yelp listing cited on the same Wikipedia page shows Lukshon remains closed as of the page's most recent check.
