What happened after Food Paradise?

The Food Paradise episode "Viva Las Vegas" (S16E9) featured LVB Burgers and Bar inside The Mirage on the Las Vegas Strip, whose menu built gourmet burgers around three-letter abbreviated names as a nod to the Las Vegas Boulevard address. The concept paired fine-dining techniques, like hand-cut fries and specialty sauces, with casual burger-and-bar service in a lounge-style dining room. LVB operated for years as one of The Mirage's casual dining options alongside the resort's higher-end restaurants. According to Yelp, whose listing was updated in May 2026, LVB Burgers and Bar is now permanently closed. Gayot and USMenuGuide.com both list the restaurant among The Mirage's closed venues as well, with no reopening announced under the LVB name.
