What happened after Food Paradise?

The episode featured Mac the Cheese Truck's mobile mac-and-cheese menu, serving made-to-order bowls and catering plates at office parks, festivals, and private events around metro Atlanta. Mac the Cheese Truck operated as a food truck rather than a fixed restaurant, offering catering for gatherings ranging from about 30 up to 500 guests with a pre-set menu. Roaming Hunger listed the truck among active Atlanta-area mac-and-cheese food trucks in December 2025, but its October 2026 list of Georgia mac-and-cheese trucks no longer includes it. Yelp's listing for the truck is now marked closed, and its former website, macthecheesetruck.com, has become an unrelated recipe blog.
