What happened after Diners, Drive-Ins and Dives?

Diners, Drive-Ins and Dives visited Nora Restaurant and Bar in Dallas on the Jan. 19, 2018 episode 'Delicious Discoveries,' spotlighting chef-owner Matt Pikar's Afghan-inspired, Middle Eastern menu. Nora originally operated in the Bishop Arts District at 205 N. Bishop Ave., serving Afghan and Mediterranean dishes for about six years. CultureMap Dallas reported on 2025-07-25 that Nora had closed the Bishop Arts location and that Pikar planned to reopen the restaurant at Sylvan Thirty, 1888 Sylvan Rd. #F120, in early fall 2025, with an updated menu of small plates, burgers, and seasonal dishes plus a full bar.

Google Places lists that Sylvan Thirty address as operational as of a 2026-09-08 check, though the restaurant's own website, noradallas.com, did not respond on the same date. No dated confirmation that service had actually begun at the new address was found.
