What happened after Diners, Drive-Ins and Dives?
Diners, Drive-Ins and Dives visited Tacos Mariachi in Dallas on the Jan. 19, 2018 episode 'Delicious Discoveries,' spotlighting chef Jesus Carmona's modern Mexican tacos and small plates. Tacos Mariachi was a taqueria with locations on Lower Greenville and in West Dallas known for globally inflected taco fillings and scratch salsas. The Dallas Morning News reported on 2021-07-06 that Carmona had closed the original Tacos Mariachi locations and reopened the same menu under a new name, Milagro Taco Cantina, at 440 Singleton Blvd. in West Dallas.
According to the current restaurant's website (milagrotacocantina.com), checked 2026-09-08, the site is live with a working online ordering system, and Google Places lists the West Dallas address as operational as of the same date. The restaurant now operates as Milagro Taco Cantina rather than under its original Diners, Drive-Ins and Dives-era name.
